Terri Jackson Rabin Martin Senior Vice President Terri Jackson has been named to the Board of the New York State Public Health Association. NYSPHA is a leading voice and resource for public health in New York State, whose members work across the state, at all levels, to promote and implement prevention-oriented policies and practices that support healthy behaviors, advance health equity, and foster healthy communities.

Terri brings over 25 years of experience in public health and public policy that has led to recognition for her expertise on HIV prevention and care, sexual and reproductive health, criminal justice, substance abuse and mental health, and youth development.
