The essay was featured in The G8 Camp David Summit 2012: The Road to Recovery, an anthology of essays that includes pieces from President Barack Obama, Prime Minister David Cameron, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Chancellor Angela Merkel, other heads of state and thought leaders in global health and development.
