Making medicines accessible to the poor in the United States is often difficult. But imagine what it can be like in sub-Saharan Africa or resource-poor settings in Asia and Latin America. Since 2004 we have been assisting the Janssen Global Access Program in assessing need, designing pricing and managing registration and licensing strategies. Today the program operates in more than 100 countries. We provide real-time issues monitoring and management consulting services to access team members in Brazil, India, Romania, Kenya, South Africa, Belgium and the United States. We also help this team communicate the company’s decisions and programs to local media, medical professionals, advocates and governments.
