Ariel brings nearly a decade of experience in program management, stakeholder engagement and community development to Rabin Martin. Her background is in research design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and program development, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Ariel specializes in:

 

  • Providing technical guidance on strategy, scaling, implementation and evaluation
  • Promoting quality of care improvements in global settings
  • Developing and managing multi-sector partnerships
  • Providing evidence-based guidance on program development and implementation

 

Before joining Rabin Martin, Ariel managed global public health research initiatives at the Center for Global Health & Development at Boston University. Her work spanned HIV transmission prevention in key populations, maternal and child health promotion, use of mHealth technologies to support medication adherence and train clinical staff, and organizational development in the NGO sector. Ariel’s prior work included business development and relationship management at Citizen Schools, a national education reform nonprofit, and a two year fellowship at El Pomar Foundation, where she built partnerships to support access to children’s mental healthcare, economic development, and educational programming.
