Avanthi is a passionate public health advocate for utilizing new technologies and innovations to reduce health disparities and increase access to quality healthcare.
At Rabin Martin, Avanthi focuses on:
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategic frameworks for client programs
- Conducting landscape analyses to identify opportunities around unmet needs
- Analyzing international health trends and their impact in developing countries and emerging markets
Avanthi has a background in digital health and global health research primarily in the reproductive health field. Within digital health, her work has focused on improving women’s health outcomes through technology evaluations and business model development. Her research within the United States includes a landscape analysis for the New York City Department of Education, visualizing health trends to inform academic articles and writing concept papers as a research assistant for Veteran Affairs’ Reproductive Health Department. Avanthi’s previous global health work includes a family planning study in Guatemala and developing a NGO roundtable for an education strategy in a rural community.
