Holly has over seven years of experience in global health throughout the UK, United States, and Asia. Holly is passionate about cross-sector collaboration in service of supporting people to live healthy lives with a particular interest in NCD prevention and behavior change. With a background in Public Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility, Holly is skilled in partnership development and management, intervention design and campaign execution.
She specializes in:
- Serving Rabin Martin’s European clients to design strategies and implementation plans for public-private partnerships
- Developing strategies to further organizations reputation, advocacy and engagement approaches with external stakeholders
- Insight generation and thought leadership strategies for reaching new audiences in new markets
Holly has worked in both public and private sectors, most recently at Bupa, a global health and care organization, where she was Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Affairs for the international insurance business. In 2016, Holly became a Bupa Award winner for the ‘On Our Way Challenge,’ a health and well being initiative that saw employee participation increase by more than 60% from the prior year. Holly is also a World Heart Federation Emerging Leader, specializing on tobacco control and smoking cessation in low and middle income countries, and she continues to work on research projects with her fellow Emerging Leaders.
