Kristen’s passion for global health arose while studying the differences in pain management of sickle cell disease. Her multidisciplinary approach to public health stems from her experience at think tanks, non-profit organizations and the private sector.
At Rabin Martin, Kristen focuses on:
- Crafting communications materials to support the global public health initiatives
- Developing tactics for stakeholder engagement and audience messaging
- Conducting landscape analyses to identify opportunities around unmet needs
Before joining Rabin Martin, Kristen worked at Global Health Strategies, where she supported the firm’s expansion into Africa and its communications and advocacy strategies for both the World Health Organization’s Regional Office for Africa and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s polio program. Prior to that she lived in Chicago, her native area, where she held positions at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and DePaul University.
