Lucia brings more than six years of advisory experience in global health philanthropy. Her area of expertise is in establishing resource mobilization programs that scale catalytic funding towards global health initiatives. Lucia focuses on developing programs to increase access to health care around the world. At Rabin Martin, she specializes in:

Previously, Lucia led Changing Our World, Inc.’s, (OmnicomGroup) global health practice where she oversaw a team of consultants and provided resource mobilization solutions to NGOs, multilaterals, foundations and corporations. This included managing operations and partner engagement for a United Nations agency as part of a $110M campaign to eliminate infectious diseases in sub-Saharan Africa. Lucia has extensive experience working with political organizations and NGOs in Latin America, and has conducted research in Latino health issues, focusing on developing better communication channels for diabetes prevention between the Latino community and health care providers.
