Scott has more than ten years of experience in working across health policy, economics, market access and public health with a focus on increasing access to health care, in the U.S. and global markets. Scott is especially skilled in understanding the market dynamics that exist between payers, providers, patients and the pharmaceutical industry and identifying opportunities for partnership.

Before joining Rabin Martin, Scott was a Vice President in Edelman’s Global Health group where he helped to operationalize the firm’s overall health sector strategy in 30+ countries around the world. He led on the development of the firm’s health IC and thought leadership and assisted in identifying opportunities for new business and partnership. Prior to Edelman, Scott worked at the Kinetix Group as a consultant where he helped pharmaceutical companies, health systems and health payors in adapting their business models for a post-ACA world.
