NEW YORK, April 4, 2017 – Rabin Martin, a New York-based global health strategy consulting firm, announces the launch of an International Advisory Council including some of the foremost thought leaders in global health.
This select group of international experts in global health and development – to be led by Rabin Martin’s former chairman, Steve Rabin – will lend their expertise and insights to the firm and enhance Rabin Martin’s work with clients at the intersection of public health and the private sector. In addition to Rabin, members of the International Advisory Council include: Richard Henriques, Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for High Impact Philanthropy and former Chief Financial Officer of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; Charles “Robin” Hogen, Chief Navigator of True North Strategies and former Vice President of Communications at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; and Dr. Margaret E. Kruk, Associate Professor of Global Health at Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
“The International Advisory Council brings together seasoned thought leaders who have been at the leading edge of major global health advances in service delivery, innovative financing, infectious disease, chronic disease, women’s health and strategic communications and policy development. We look forward to infusing their extensive experience and knowledge into our work with clients to improve population health and access to global health technologies,” said Jeffrey Sturchio, PhD, Rabin Martin’s President and CEO. He added, “The Council will also enable Rabin Martin to stay at the forefront of the changing global health landscape and ensure that our business offerings are continually refreshed to reflect the latest developments in the field.”
Through close collaboration with its new International Advisory Council, Rabin Martin will further develop its global health-focused capabilities in strategy, policy communications, monitoring and evaluation, women’s health, innovative health financing and health economics.
