Angela is an impact-driven strategist committed to broadening access to life-saving solutions and technologies. At Rabin Martin, Angela focuses on the design, implementation and evaluation of large-scale, multi-country programs to reduce maternal mortality around the world. She specializes in:


  • Providing strategic, technical and operational support to ensure successful program execution
  • Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating program portfolios
  • Developing and managing multi-sector partnerships
  • Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to support scale-up of effective programs
  • Identifying opportunities to develop and implement innovative health interventions to address areas of unmet need


Prior to joining Rabin Martin, Angela conducted program evaluations with the New York Academy of Medicine’s Center for Evaluation and Applied Research, identifying best practices and opportunities to reduce health disparities among underserved and at-risk populations. Previously, she worked at Gynuity Health Projects where she coordinated international and domestic clinical studies to increase access to high-quality maternal and reproductive health technologies.
