Evan brings experience with strategic philanthropy, maternal and child health, and program evaluation to Rabin Martin. He is dedicated to the health and well-being of underserved children, families, and communities and previously worked with two New Jersey-based foundations.
At Rabin Martin, he focuses on:
- Supporting the design and implementation of research-driven strategies for expanding access to medicines for underserved populations
- Analyzing global health trends around vaccine hesitancy and identifying evidence-based solutions for increasing uptake
- Strategic communications and public health content creation
Prior to joining the firm, Evan was the Program Associate at the Burke Foundation. He worked with the Executive Director to develop and implement the Foundation’s early childhood and prenatal strategy and coauthored its first report “Investing Early: Recommendations for Funding in Early Childhood.” He also worked as the Program Associate at the Turrell Fund, where he focused on the development of strong internal processes and supported strategic and programmatic efforts.
