Haley joined the Rabin Martin team in August 2021 with over five years of experience in global health program implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and research. From her experience working in Eastern & Southern Africa, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and Eastern Europe, she brings her passion and commitment to access to healthcare services for marginalized populations, and more specifically, populations affected by infectious disease. At Rabin Martin, Haley focuses on:

 

  • Developing socially responsible business strategies for multinational pharmaceutical companies to improve access to medicines in low-income countries and emerging markets
  • Planning, coordination and ongoing support of global health policy programming
  • Engaging and building mutually beneficial stakeholder and expert relationships

 

Prior to joining the firm, Haley worked as a global health consultant specializing in technical assistance and evaluations for clients such as The Global Fund, Unitaid, and UNAIDS on HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, and COVID-19 programs globally. Her previous experience also includes working for Boston University’s Center for Innovation in Social Work & Health on implementation of peer workers in Ryan White-funded health facilities throughout the US and working as a clinical social worker in Boston Public Health Commission’s needle and syringe program to provide harm reduction and mental health services to people who inject drugs.
