Kevin has several years of experience in both health care policy and management consulting. Most recently in Canada, he advised Ontario’s Minister of Health on the Province’s COVID-19 response and recovery strategies as well as the development of broader health care policy. Kevin is interested in how pharmaceutical companies and the broader private sector can leverage their capabilities to increase access to care across the globe.
At Rabin Martin, Kevin focuses on:
- Providing businesses with strategic guidance on how to achieve their commercial targets and expand their global health impact
- Developing tools to help clients advocate effectively with policymakers
- Driving cross-industry private sector collaboration to strengthen global health security
Kevin joined Rabin Martin following successive roles in the Government of Ontario’s Office of the Minister of Health, most recently serving as Director of Pandemic Response and previously as a Senior Policy Advisor. Kevin worked alongside the civil service, political leaders, and stakeholders to develop an equitable and efficient COVID-19 vaccination rollout, testing expansion, and treatment strategy across the province. Kevin’s previous management consulting experience includes advising global companies on geopolitical risks in different markets across the world.
