Rabin Martin, a global health strategy firm working at the intersection of private sector capabilities and unmet public health needs, has introduced new roles on its Leadership Team to support the company’s growth. Maria Schneider and Isabelle Lindenmayer will take on new responsibilities as Portfolio Leaders, and Terri Jackson will become the firm’s Culture and Engagement Leader. All three will report to Rabin Martin’s President, Rebecca Hoppy.
In their new roles, Maria Schneider and Isabelle Lindenmayer will help guide the overall growth of the organization, with an emphasis on client service and firm growth. “Maria and Isabelle together bring a wealth of experience and a passionate commitment to helping our clients lead in global health. Their new roles offer exciting opportunities to advance our mission of improving the lives of the underserved,” said Hoppy. As the new Culture and Engagement Leader, Terri Jackson will focus on strengthening the firm’s organizational culture and diversity and inclusion efforts, as well as responsibilities around external engagement and growth. Added Hoppy, “With this new position, we plan to build upon Rabin Martin’s legacy as a mission-driven organization and codify learning and development as a critical component in driving our clients’ business.
