We are pleased to announce Jessica Katz has been promoted to Partner at Rabin Martin.

Jessie’s passion and continued dedication to supporting private sector clients to drive better outcomes, access, and equity – from strategy to execution – has brought her tremendous success at Rabin Martin. In her new role, she will continue to provide oversight and leadership of the firm’s policy engagements.

I am thrilled to have Jessie in the partner role for Rabin Martin. She is a values-driven leader with a keen ability to move global health agendas forward with practical and collaborative solutions. We are excited for her leadership to propel Rabin Martin’s strategy to implementation impact for our clients for years to come.”
Rajni Samavedam, Managing Partner

Jessie has been with Rabin Martin for over five years, where she started as a Senior Associate. During her time here, she positioned herself as a policy expert, overseeing work across therapeutic areas, like Oncology, HIV, and vaccines. Jessie is the company’s thought leader in issues related to vaccine confidence and vaccination equity. She also leads multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of innovative partnerships and programs that strategically leverage private sector value to advance public health priorities and outcomes, like the Advancing Health Online Initiative, a $40 million partnership between Merck and Meta, for which Rabin Martin is the acting secretariat.

There is a strong business case for private sector involvement in public health. This spans beyond shifting investor expectations and a moral imperative to business metrics such as revenue, customer retention, and employee satisfaction. Rabin Martin was founded on this imperative 21 years ago, and I am excited to modernize this premise by delivering innovations that maximize how the private sector engages in global health. Through these advancements, we can accelerate impact in health equity outcomes globally.”
Jessie Katz

Jessie has a Master of Public Health, specializing in Global Health and Health Systems Development from Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Prior to her time at Rabin Martin, she gained experience in strategic planning and pharmaceutical consulting.
