Meg is one of Rabin Martin’s longstanding employees and has played critical roles in guiding its growth and development. Meg is a Human Resource Generalist who leads recruitment and team development and supports the finance and operations team. For most new applicants, Meg is the first point of contact at Rabin Martin.

Meg’s focus on ensuring smooth operations allow the Rabin Martin team to focus on what they do best – providing superior client services. Meg specializes in:


  • Human resource functions and developing programs for staff development and retention
  • Managing financial reporting and budget analysis
  • Overseeing and managing company resources and operations
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships with external clients and vendors


Meg’s career has uniquely combined her expertise in human resources, operations and financial management. Previously, she helped launch the flagship store for Pokémon USA, where she oversaw human resources, led employee recruitment efforts and developed a branded employee training program. Later, Meg assumed responsibility for store operations, ensuring strong financial results and supporting high-profile national events. Earlier in her career, she served as a district trainer for Blockbuster Video, Inc. and as a manager for Pathmark Drugstores.

Starting her career as a bookkeeper gave Meg the financial knowledge to understand the needs of a business, while her interactions with staff and customers taught her the importance of listening to what others need in order to create a successful working environment.
