Nancy brings her health promotion and global health equity research background and a social determinants lens to Rabin Martin. She believes that centering the needs of marginalized communities and amplifying their voices is critical to developing sustainable initiatives that address health inequities. At Rabin Martin, Nancy focuses on:

  • Supporting cross-sector partnerships to address global health issues and advance health equity
  • Monitoring the global health landscape and policy trends to inform client strategies
  • Researching and assessing key areas of opportunity to improve patient health for diseases like HIV/AIDS

Prior to joining the firm, Nancy developed health-focused social media campaigns and explored global health system infrastructure through international fieldwork, ranging from Jamaica to Iceland. More recently, as a research assistant at the Institute for Global Health at University College London, Nancy led a qualitative study that explored the impacts of COVID-19 on young people from racially minoritized backgrounds in the UK, providing policy recommendations to best support young people during future crises.
