Thea brings wide range of experience in policy, research and patient advocacy to Rabin Martin. She is passionate about leveraging public and private sector collaboration to improve health for the most underserved populations both nationwide and on a global scale.
At Rabin Martin, Thea focuses on:
- Developing communications and advocacy support to showcase clients’ global public health engagements
- Conducting research and analysis to promote quality of care improvements in global settings
- Providing operational and research support to ensure success and sustainability of clients’ national and global initiatives
Prior to joining Rabin Martin, Thea worked at the U.K. Consulate Boston to support research and build partnerships between stakeholders regarding the United Kingdom’s “Aging Society” strategy. This initiative aims to design health care systems, cities, economic policies and technologies that serve our rapidly growing elderly population both in the US and UK. Thea also worked as a Patient Advocate with Health Leads at the Boston Medical Center Pediatric Department, to address the social determinants of health.
